3. Price and payment


3.1  The membership to the Website is free of any charges. Prior to the point where you are confirmed as a reserved share holder in a Syndicate Scheme, you will pay an administration deposit of £100 which is refundable on completion of the desired number of Members for each of the Syndicate Scheme which you want to join. If you decide to leave after reserving a share in the Syndicate Scheme but before completion of desired number of Members, the deposit will not be refunded;

 

3.2  The deposit as mentioned in paragraph 3.1 is however transferable if you wish to transfer to another Syndicate Scheme due to non-completion of desired number of Members beyond 12 months or as per our discretion, then you would be entitled to refund of deposit if you wish to leave the syndicate prior to its forming.

 

3.3  The price to reserve as shareholder in any Syndicate Scheme shall be as shown on relevant  page of the Website;

 

3.4  The prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT and any details as may be given in relation to exchange rates will be approximate only and may vary from time to time;

 

3.5  The price and mode of its payment to join any Syndicate Scheme is to be as per the relevant page of the Syndicate Scheme over the Website and we disclaim any direct or indirect liability for payment to any party mentioned on the Website;

 

3.6 You will pay all sums due to us under these terms by the means specified in the Website or as may be instructed by us without any set-off, deduction or counterclaim;

 

3.7 Payment shall not be deemed to be made until we have received either cash or cleared funds in respect of the full amount outstanding;

 

3.8  [You will not be able to contact other Members or write and reply to other Member until we have received payment as described in paragraph 3.1].
