The Syndicate Store is the first facility of its kind that actively encourages you to consider the benefits of managing your own syndicate. The obvious benefit is cost, particularly since, in today's market, many fractional ownership providers request high fees to manage the asset you own a part of.
Whilst many people are prepared to pay these fees, we at the Syndicate Store feel that, up until now, there's been a lack of alternative choices as to the way in which syndicates are managed. That's why we're developing an online facility, which allows you to manage your own syndicate via one simple-to-use package. It will be accessible by all syndicate members, plus you'll also have full support from the team at The Syndicate Store!
Factors you will need to consider
Key to running a successful syndicate is a comprehensive syndicate agreement that clearly lays down the terms of ownership. Equally important is the appointment of a syndicate manager, whose responsibilities should include:
- The creation of a syndicate bank account
- The payment of all bills
- Purchases and maintenance
- Security
- Timetable management
- The employment of trades and professionals in connection with the asset
- The maintenance of documents and records
- Expenditure budgets
- Collection of funds from syndicate members
